If purchasing a product through us, we will collect all necessary information to complete the booking which may include, but is not limited to, address, birthdate, Photo ID or Passport information, and loyalty program information.
- Vibe Search: We collect your responses to our image-based selection tool to create a "personality" used to recommend specific cruise itineraries. This information is attached to your account if you proceed to complete pricing.
- Commercial Information: Records of cruise itineraries you have viewed, proposals requested, and booking history.
- Financial Information: We use a 3rd-party payment processor to minimize our access to your sensitive data. However, we may collect billing addresses and partial card details (e.g., last four digits) as permitted by the provider to simplify the payment process.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Generate personalized cruise recommendations based on your selections.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals.
- Communicate targeted offers and marketing materials based on your interests.
- Process bookings through our partners.
3. Sharing of Information
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. We share your information with:
- Service Providers: Including Stripe (payment processing) and our Host Agency (booking administration).
- Travel Suppliers: Once a proposal is accepted, your information is shared with the specific travel operator to facilitate your booking.
- Analytics Partners: We may share anonymized or vectorized data with third-party tools to improve our search algorithm.
4. Your Privacy Rights (CPA & CCPA)
Depending on your state of residence, you have the right to:
- Right to Know/Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to Delete: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal and contractual exceptions (e.g., active bookings).
- Right to Correct: Request corrections to inaccurate personal data.

We utilize modern encrypted systems to ensure your personal payment information is never stored on our servers which significantly reduces data breach risks. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
